Majestic Music Return Policies
Defective returns are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of sale to retail customer. After 30 day, the consumer must return the product to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty station for warranty repair.
A copy of the Majestic Music sales receipt or invoice must accompany all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts, documentation and packaging. Incomplete returns will incur a 20% manufacturer refurbishing fee.
Items showing customer abuse or wear will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on special order items.
All products must be returned in resaleable condition.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on the e-mail invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on custom order items. All custom orders sales are final.
Majestic Music is not responsible for late items or any charges created by delay in delivery.
Non-defective products may be returned at Majestic Music’s discretion and will be credited at the current Majestic Music selling price less a 20% restock fee and shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Non-defective returns will be accepted for store credit only.
Majestic Music will only accept products purchased from Majestic Music.
Sales of closeout items are final. Only defective products may be returned for credit as per normal Majestic Music policies.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Items designed for consumer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.
Allow 10 days for processing returns.
Credit will not be issued until Majestic Music has received and examined the returned merchandise for damage or loss.
All claims for damage/pilferage must be filled with the delivery carrier within 10 days of receipt. Majestic Music cannot file this claim for you.
Save and return all original boxes and packing material.
All claims for shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
